To me, food is a simple joy that connects us. It connects us with people from all walks of life over one shared experience, our universal language. It also connects us with our unique mind, body & spirit.
Why Ayurveda?
I turned to cooking as a healing & restorative ritual and making a simple chai and golden mylk became my way of de-stressing and calming. The health benefits of these unique spice blends and flavour infusions led me to Ayurveda, the ancient wisdom of keeping our mind & body in balance for optimum wellness.
Moonji’s Story
After 8 months of recipe developing, the magic began in the Summer of 2019 where Abi served her ice cream at The Chef’s Manifesto Event at Omved Gardens. Abi received wonderful feedback from many experienced and high-profile Chefs and shortly after the event she got her first listing at acclaimed vegan restaurant Farmacy in both London & New York.
This was followed by listings at The Parlour in Fortnum & Masons, and more recently at London’s first organic supermarket, Planet Organic.
